Vintage 1939 Puppet Doll. This doll is 10-1/2" tall to the top of her hat. Inside the cone that makes up her body is the name of the manufacturer, The Expression Doll Co., Dallas, Texas. It also has the Patent date of Dec. 26, 1939. Opposite of this info is the instructions to operate the puppet, Insert thumb and fore finger of left hand in arm holes under dress for arm action. Then with right hand turn bead (attached to wooden dowel) for face action.
